| Guest speaker Dr. Mehdi Hassan (Senior Journalist) stressed on the importance of Media and Peace during his address. He said that we can promote peace through different fields of media like film making, T.V, Radio, Music & Print media. He mentioned that a sport is best way for the promotion of peace. Further he said that every person should play his individual role for the promotion of peace. President AJJBWF, Mr. Khalil Ahmad said that Pakistan always performed the best globally in sports and is the Asian Champion of Ju-Jitsu. He said that due to lack of facilities we don’t get chance of polishing their skills. Other guest speakers were Bureau Chief Aaj T.V Mr. Nouman Yawar, Mr. Haider Javed Syed (Columnist Roznama Mashriq) Peshawar and Mr. Afaq Syed (Deputy Director FM-103). People from different walks of life participated in this seminar. A great number of students from different colleges including G.C University, Lahore University, M. A.O College and Govt: Fatima Jinnah Choona Mandi College also participated in this seminar and share their views on peace. All the Speakers praised Vattar Media’s efforts and give their words for enjoining hands with Vattar Media for the promotion of peace. |
